Our user-centered design team researched, designed, and usability tested a mobile app for Fred Hutch. We collected qualitative and quantitative data, produced actionable insights, and presented to stakeholders who incorporated our UX findings into ongoing development.
As part of a user research team, I conducted an expert review, cognitive walk through, heuristic analysis, usability testing, and data analysis for Actofit stakeholders, who recently launched (March 2017) their cutting-edge fitness tracker, which records user movement in 3 dimensions.
I'm currently volunteering as a UX designer and researcher for Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute (formely Group Health Research Institute). We're designing a mobile app with interventions to help users with smoking cessation.
